Lad's ideal home

Lad is looking for a home where he will ideally have access to a secure garden, this can be a communal space as long as it isn’t shared with small furry animals and is a quiet space. Lad would be best suited to a home where he is the only pet, whilst he enjoys walks with other dogs, he would benefit from a home willing to work on his confidence around them. As Lad is from a racing background, he will need to be kept on his lead when out and about and it is advised that he is muzzled around wildlife. Lad would be best suited to a home where any sensible children are of the ages 10 and up who are calm around nervous dogs. Lad can be worried when walking near busy roads so will need a home that can access quieter walks as he gains he settles in.

Lad is our darling 4 year old Grey Hound who is ready to bring a little joy to a home who are lucky enough to have him. Lad is a real sweetheart and loves meeting new people, greeting them with his signature bunny hope before getting all the well-deserved fusses. This lovely Lad is from a racing background so is looking for a patient home that can show him the ways of the world one step at a time.
