Mouse's ideal home
Marvellous Mouse is on a mission to find his first home. He is a beautiful, black Greyhound who has been very friendly with everyone he’s met here. Mouse is very bouncy, and with no history of being around children he’s not able to live with young kids. Those of around secondary school age would be fine though! As is common in ex-racers, Mouse is walked wearing a muzzle. This is due to his chase drive, which also makes him unsuitable to live with cats. Mouse can live with other Greyhounds but isn’t able to live with other breeds just yet.
Could you be Mouse's perfect match?
Mouse is a 3yr old Greyhound who came to us after retiring from his racing career. He’s made a fantastic addition to our centre but would love to find a home instead. Mouse will need an introduction to home-living and so a patient and understanding family will be just what he’s looking for. This will include housetraining and car travel. He has shown signs of not wanting to be left alone, so we recommend that this is built up slowly at a pace he is happy with. If you’re looking for the fun of Greyhound-zoomies followed by their traditional favourite activity (that’s snoozing, for the uninitiated), then Mouse would be an excellent match.
