Joan's ideal home
Hucky is a beautiful 2yr old ex-racing Greyhound who has a personality just as sweet as her face! She will be fine to live with younger kids who are confident around larger dogs. Her natural chase instinct means she can’t share with cats or other small furry pets and whilst happy to meet dogs out on walks, would need to be the only dog in the home. She is not fully housetrained yet, but is making great progress and is very nearly there, she will still need a secure garden to help with this and to have off-lead playtime.

If you like calm and gentle dogs, then you’ll LOVE Joan! She really enjoys playing with his toys, especially from her collection of cuddly toys! She’s currently living in a foster home where her foster carer tells us she’s being the perfect house guest. She’s super snuggly especially if there is a free cushion on the sofa, and easy to walk on lead. She will need owners around all of the time initially to help her settle in but will be able to be introduced to being left on her own over time.
