About This Dog

Noodle's ideal home

Noodle is an ex racer and is unlikely to have lived in a home before, so may not be house trained. He can live with teenagers and although he gets along with other dogs he is very toy motivated and there could be issues with sharing, so he's best as the only dog at home.

Could you be Noodle's perfect match?

Noodle has been a big hit with centre team since his arrival with his sweet and gentle nature. He likes a slow approach but if you have food then he cares a lot less about his nerves and will make friends much more readily. Noodle is very friendly once he's accepted someone and gets very excited to see them. He loves toys and we haven't yet found one he'll turn his nose up at, and we think he has potential to become a little possessive over them and reluctant to share. Noodle does get along with other dogs of a similar size but he has an eye for the smaller ones that trigger his prey drive. For this reason he is always walked muzzled to protect them and our wildlife. He's a very sweet boy and deserves to spend the second half of his life far away from the track and snuggled up in a loving home. Noodle's family will need to be with him most of the time initially whilst he gets used to a new routine, house training and and spending time alone.
