Ruby's ideal home

Ruby can live with children over the age of 10 and potentially another Greyhound or lurcher type, pending a successful meet at the centre. She doesn't have any particular medical issues other than some arthritis that requires daily pain relief. Ruby is house trained and can be left for a couple of hours and sleeps a lot.

Ruby is such a gentle soul who has sadly found herself back in our care due to her adopters passing away. She's in her golden years now and thankfully has a safe place in a foster home, but she'd love to get back to the security she has known previously. Ruby is an excellent house guest, very polite and doesn't get on the sofa, although if there's a chance of getting on the bed with you, she'll take it! She enjoys her walks, a gentle plod about the neighbourhood taking in all the smells, and she isn't bothered by other animals passing by. Ruby could potentially live with another older Greyhound or lurcher, depending on them having a successful meet at the centre.
