Mary's ideal home

Mary can live with other Greyhound type dogs and children of high school age. She will have spent her life in racing kennels and will need all her basic training, so please be patient with her.

Could you be Mary's perfect match?

Mary took her time to settle in but now that she has we can see what a wonderfully friendly girl she is. She enjoys walking with the other dogs and has also helped her kennel mate build his confidence. Mary is still a little unsure about new environments but her world has been quite small before arriving in our care, and she's doing her best. She is great with people but likes to be able to give them a little sniff before they try to interact with her, after which she'll happily let them make a fuss. Mary does seem a little wary of dogs that aren't Greyhounds! She will walk alongside them but just doesn't seem quite as comfortable wit them, but this may change as she encounters more of the world.
