Tara's ideal home
Tara can live with other Greyhounds and children of high school age. She will have spent her life in a kennel environment so please be patient as she may not be house trained or used to being home by herself.

Tara is a pretty three-year-old Greyhound who has thankfully put her racing days behind her. She's super easy going and has no issues with being handled all over and made a fuss of, even by the vet. She's more than happy to approach people to see if she can get a fuss from them and does the famous Greyhound lean! Tara is very happily shacked up with another Greyhound and they get along well, so we would have no problem rehoming her with another similar dog. She does get a little excited by smaller dogs and her instinct in to chase, she wears a muzzle on her walk which doesn't bother her one jot, but keep sour wildlife and small residents safe. Tara has no shame in raiding her handlers treat pouches and we suggest that anything tasty that's not intended for her be kept out of her long reach!
