About This Dog for Adoption

Hercules's ideal home

Meet our big handsome boy, Hercules! He loves everyone he meets and always greets you with a wagging tail. He's arrived with us after life as a racer, so it's likely he's never experienced life in a home before. For this reason he needs patient owners who can help him learn all he needs to know, which will include housetraining and getting used to spending time home alone. We recommend this is gradually built up. Hercules is a friendly boy and could live with children as young as 2 following a meeting here at the centre. He loves fuss and attention and is usually found leaning into his carers or volunteers for more scratches! He loves zooming around and playing and would like to have his own garden to play in. Hercules wears his muzzle out and about on his walkies, which he know he looks very fabulous in! He could share his new home with another sighthound and we're currently still assessing his interactions with other breeds and sizes.

Could you be Hercules's perfect match?

Hercules is a really lovely boy, who just wants to be with people. He would love a comfy bed to call his own after enjoying adventures with his new family.
