Billy's ideal home

Billy is looking for a home where he can live out his dreams of being a couch potato with any children in the home being over 12 years old. He is not house trained so his ideal family would be one that can support him with this training as well as the potential in future to support him with interacting with other dogs. He does need to be the only pet in the home.
