Indie's ideal home
Indie is a lovely Greyhound who, at 4yrs old, has retired from racing and is ready to find a home. She is gentle and sweet and would be able to live with children of around secondary school age. Indie is a bit wary of traffic so would ideally love a home where she can access quiet walks straight from the doorstep. Indie can live with another Greyhound or Lurcher-type, pending a successful mix prior to rehoming. As an ex-racer unfortunately she is not suitable to live with cats.
Could you be Indie's perfect match?
Indie is a fabulous lady who hasn’t lived in a home before, so will need some patient and time to get her used to home life. Things like housetraining and being left alone will likely be novelties to her and should be introduced from scratch. However she’s a sweet and affectionate girl, so given that understanding she should fit in with most families. Indie will need help getting used to car travel and traffic out-and-about, but loves food and will come round with time.
