Twilight's ideal home

4 year old Twilight does have a sensitive side and can sometimes find loud noises a little scary and overwhelming at times, for this reason he would like an adult only home with adopters that are happy to understand and work with Twilight to help him overcome some of his worries and be able to provide him with a quieter home away from any hustle and bustle… and a sofa for him to have an afternoon snooze on of course! We are sure Twilight will flourish in the right home! He would like to have his own secure garden too where he can have a run around and stretch his long legs. Twilight enjoys walking with other dogs and has walked with plenty of dogs whilst being with us, although, he would prefer to be the only dog in the home he can socialise on walks with other dogs.

Could you be Twilight's perfect match?

Twilight - where do we start with talking about this gorgeous boy! The first thing to probably mention is that this dog LOVES his food, which makes him a very keen learner as he will do anything for a tasty treat or two. His other love is toys, Twilight loves playing with toys and getting zoomies and running around with them and he will happily keep himself entertained all day long. He has tons and tons of character and personality waiting for the right adopter! If you're looking for a love-able and gentle Greyhound then look no further than Twilight.

Greyhound Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Greyhound.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
